Returns

We have a no hassle, no haggle return policy which does exactly what it says.  If you wish to return something, for any reason at all, we will not hassle, haggle or even bat an eyelid. You have up to three months to make your mind up about any order. As long as we receive the returned item within three months of the receipt of your order, we will exchange or refund it, no questions asked. This includes all regular priced items, no matter what discount or offer you have against your order.

To complete your return, please email our Customer Love team at gimmelove@motifliving.com to receive a Return Authorization Number prior to shipping your item back. Please have your order number (if available) so that we may track your purchase. Mailing instructions will be provided to you by our Customer Love team. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. The customer is responsible for return postage for all returns and exchanges. We will pay for shipment of product exchanges and we suggest using a trackable mail carrier when shipping your item(s).  A flat fee of $7 will be deducted from your refund. Please allow 10-14 working days for your refund to process.
